Before you start threatening pom pom rehab on me, let me say that in my defense, pom poms are light, fluffy, and pretty much perfect for holiday gift wrapping. They’re just so cute! Add a little glitter and they’re about as awesome confetti and cupcakes (which is hard to beat in my book).
Materials:
- Yarn
- Two pieces of cardboard (see tutorial)
- Scissors
To create glitter dipped pom poms, dab the edges of the pom with paint and a foam pouncer. Then sprinkle the wet paint with glitter and shake the excess off!

Glitter pom poms! You’re a genius young lady. Love it.
Coming from you, that’s a huge compliment :) :) thank you!
Love this! So cutesy and crafty! I definitely want to add a special touch to my gifts this year! The yarn is so simple yet so lovely! The perfect touch.
