We love desserts, but can’t always make a full meal. These quick dessert kabobs are fun to serve at parties or any time! They’re super simple to throw together too!
These Everything Sweet Dessert Kabobs are a fun play-off of the summer BBQ staple, but minus the actual need for grilling AND a whole lot of sugar.
We’re back with another “if you can’t make it well, make it crazy!” post with all things sweet dessert kabobs. Because why not?!
They’re a fun play-off of the summer BBQ staple but minus the actual need to grill anything. Plus, anything we can drizzle with whole chocolate bars is a good thing.
Admittedly you might get a few weird stares from people as you buy out the bakery and chocolate department at the grocery store.
But hey, nothing worth having comes easy. And trust me, these are worth it!
If nothing else, you won’t have to worry about not having anything to talk to your socially awkward neighbor about when they bring the kids over.

How to Make Sweet Dessert Kabobs
Step 1 – Carefully line all of your favorite baked sweet things onto a skewer. We went for macarons, donuts, brownie bites, marshmallows dipped in chocolates… you name it! The sky is really the limit here.
Step 2 – Melt your chocolate of choice just enough to drizzle the entire skewer with, and then dust the chocolate with a few colorful sprinkles.
How to Store Dessert Kabobs?
Here are some tips for storing your dessert kabobs:
— Store them in an airtight container in the fridge.
— Eat them within 2-3 days for best taste.
— If you want them to last longer, store them in the freezer. They will be good for up to 2 months.
Just for good measure, we thought we should show you these bad boys in all of their future party action, gold skirt included!
Plus cute tassel swizzle sticks always dress them up. Sure, they may be a calorie-heavy dessert choice, but summer will be over before you know it, so you might as well live a little!
