Hello Utala! 375C coverts to 190C when baking. Apologies for not being aware but in Africa, how do you measure liquids? In millilitres? fluid ounces? I would recommend using a conversion calculator online for the measurements since in baking, you have to be very precise. P.S. This is so exciting that you found our recipe!
