Hi Carrie! It all depends. Unfilled macaron shells can be frozen for up to 2 months. And then pull them out and thaw thin the fridge 2 days before you fill them. Refrigerated, filled macarons can be stored for 3-7 days. Frozen filled macarons can be stored for 1-3 months. Fresh is always best but they can definitely be made in advanced!]]></description>
