Birthday Cake Cocktail Recipe

A boozy and light milkshake-like drink with some fizz.

Ingredients

  • 1/8 vanilla bean split
  • 1 3/4 oz bourbon
  • 1 1/4 oz cream
  • 1 oz orgeat syrup
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1 oz soda water
  • 1 lemon peel express and discarded
  • Sprinkles for garnish

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
  • Shake well for 3 minutes to get a really thick foam that will create a foam that balances above the glass. If not, a 1 minute shake will be enough to make a delicious drink and foam that can still hold the sprinkles.
  • Garnish with sprinkles.
