Easter Punch Recipe

This Easter Punch is the perfect fruity and bright drink for Easter brunch. Serve it as a cocktail or skip the vodka for a kid-friendly mocktail!

Equipment

  • Punch bowl or drink dispenser or jug

Ingredients

For the Easter Punch:

  • 2 cup raspberry vodka
  • 3 cup strawberry juice
  • 3 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 cup lemon-lime soda

For the garnish:

  • 2 oz pineapple slice
  • 4-5 strawberries cut into slices
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 limes cut into wheels 
  • Fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  • In the punch bowl or jug, mix together the chilled ingredients, fruit garnishes, and some ice.
  • Right before serving, pour in the lemon-lime soda. 
  • Optional: Prep the serving glasses with some ice, a mint sprig, and a few fruit slices. Garnish with a raspberry sitting on the brim of the glass.

Notes

  • Chill all the ingredients beforehand for at least 12 hours for a cold drink.
  • To avoid the punch from watering down, freeze the fruit garnishes beforehand.
