- 1 cup coconut cream
- 3/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup pineapple chopped small
- 1 medium banana
- 4 tbsp lime juice
- 3 kiwi sliced thinly
In the jar of a blender, combine the coconut cream, pineapple juice, chopped pineapple, and banana.
Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Add in the lime juice to taste.
Peel and slice the kiwis, then line your molds with them. They should stick to the sides, so that they will show on the sides.
Spoon the coconut cream mixture into the molds.
Freeze until solid, at least 6 hours.
To remove the popsicles from the molds, run them under warm water for about 30 seconds, or until the slide out easily.
