Candy Cane Affogato Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream
  • 16 oz white hot chocolate
  • 1.5 tsp peppermint extract to taste
  • 3 drops red food coloring
  • 4 candy canes

Instructions

  • Prepare the white hot chocolate.
  • Add 3-4 drops of red food coloring.
  • Flavor with 1.5-2 tsp of peppermint extract to taste.
  • Set out 4 clear glasses, and place 2 small scoops of vanilla ice cream in each.
  • Pour about half a cup of the peppermint hot chocolate over each.
  • Garnish with a candy cane, and serve immediately.
