Sherry Berry Cobbler Cocktail Recipe
Raspberries, blackberries, and strawberries muddled together to give this ruby-hued drink a sweet-tart bite.

- 4 oz dry sherry such as Amontillado
- 4 raspberries
- 3 blackberries
- 3/4 fl oz lemon juice
- 1/5 fl oz orange juice
- 1/4 fl oz simple syrup
- 1 mint sprig optional for garnish
- 1 orange wheel optional for garnish
- Berries optional for garnish
- Crushed ice cubes
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the sherry, berries, lemon juice, orange juice and simple syrup to release their juices and flavors.
Add ice and shake quickly for about 10 seconds.
Strain the cocktail mixture into a tall glass with crushed ice.
Top with additional crushed ice to rise above the glass.
Smack the mint on the side of the glass to release the oils before garnishing.
Optional: Garnish with orange wheel, berries and mint.
