- 3 cup chopped strawberries
- 1 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp butter or coconut oil
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup chopped pistachios
- 1/3 cup whole rolled oats
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease the pan.
In the bowl of a food processor, pulse the oats, pistachios, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt until just combined.
Add the butter (or oil) and pulse again. Add the water and pulse again. The mixture should be fairly crumbly and stick together when pressed.
Place the strawberries in the bottom of the baking dish and top with crumble. Bake for 20 minutes or until the fruit is bubbly and the topping is lightly browned.
Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
