No-Churn Creme de Menthe Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
You can't go wrong with a good homemade, no-churn ice cream recipe, and this boozy creme de menthe version is so, so good!
Servings: 12 servings
- 2 cup Heavy whipping cream
- 14 oz Sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup Chocolate shavings or semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup Creme de Menthe
Mix sweetened condensed milk and Creme de Menthe in a mixer until combined.
Pour in the heavy whipping cream and mix on medium until soft peaks form within the mixture, then add in the chocolate shavings until just combined.
Transfer the mixture to a freezer safe container with a lid, and freeze for 8 hours.
