You can't go wrong with a good homemade, no-churn ice cream recipe, and this boozy creme de menthe version is so, so good!

Ingredients

  • 2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk or 14-ounces
  • 1 cup chocolate shavings or semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup Creme de Menthe

Instructions

  • With a mixer, combine the sweetened condensed milk and Crème de Menthe.
  • Stir in the heavy whipping cream and mix on medium until soft peaks form.
  • Add in the chocolate shavings until just combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a freezer safe container. Cover and freeze for 8 hours, ideally, overnight.
