Chocolate No-Churn Ice Cream Recipe

  • Mixer
  • Meat loaf pan

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream cold
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz.
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder


  • In a medium mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to beat the whipping cream to medium peaks. There should be a point that is straight, but still a bit soft when you pull the beaters out.
  • In a small bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and cocoa powder until it’s smooth.
  • Use a rubber spatula to fold it into the whipped cream until the mixture is smooth and not
  • Pour it into a freezer safe pan that’s at least 3 quarts, and freeze for at least 6 hours.
