Chocolate No-Churn Ice Cream Recipe
A no-churn ice cream recipe that's simple and no fuss and the perfect starting point for any toppings or flavor additions you want to add!
Meat loaf pan
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream cold
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz.
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
In a medium mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to beat the whipping cream to medium peaks. There should be a point that is straight, but still a bit soft when you pull the beaters out.
In a small bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and cocoa powder until it’s smooth.
Use a rubber spatula to fold it into the whipped cream until the mixture is smooth and notstreaky.
Pour it into a freezer safe pan that’s at least 3 quarts, and freeze for at least 6 hours.
