Esmeralda Fizz Cocktail Recipe

The perfect cocktail for a warm sunny day, made of rum, brandy, absinthe and topped off with champagne.

  • Cocktail shaker


  • 1 oz gold Puerto Rican rum
  • 3/4 oz orange juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 oz peach brandy
  • 1/2 oz lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 oz honey mix
  • 1/4 teaspoon absinthe
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Champagne to top off


  • Mix all ingredients, with the exception of the champagne, in a shaker with ice until chilled.
  • Strain into a chimney/pipe glass. 
  • Fill glass with ice and top with champagne.
  • Garnish with fresh mint sprigs and orange slices.
