Esmeralda Fizz Cocktail Recipe
The perfect cocktail for a warm sunny day, made of rum, brandy, absinthe and topped off with champagne.

Ingredients
- 1 oz gold Puerto Rican rum
- 3/4 oz orange juice freshly squeezed
- 1/2 oz peach brandy
- 1/2 oz lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1/2 oz honey mix
- 1/4 tsp absinthe
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- champagne to top off
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients, with the exception of the champagne, in a shaker with ice until chilled.
- Strain into a chimney/pipe glass.
- Fill glass with ice and top with champagne.
- Garnish with fresh mint sprigs and orange slices.
