  • 1 frozen pie crust
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 lemon zest
  • Fresh cherries


  • Start of by making the mini tart shells. Use a round cookie cutter to cut out discs in the pie crust. Then, line your tart pans with the pie crust. Bake according to your pie crust directions.
  • While the pie crust is cooling, mix together the mascarpone, honey, vanilla extract, and lemon zest to make the filling.
  • Fill the mini tart shells with the cheese filling.
  • Top off with whole cherries.
