  • 2 oz vodka
  • 2/3 cup grapefruit juice
  • 1 1/2 oz strawberry puree
  • 2 strawberry slice optional for garnish
  • 2 grapefruit wedge for garnish and rimming
  • Coarse sea salt for rim
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Prep the glasses by running a grapefruit wedge around the rim of a glass. Then, dip the rim in coarse sea salt to coat it evenly. Fill the glass with ice.
  • In a cocktail shaker with ice, add the vodka, fresh grapefruit juice, and strawberry puree. Shake well to chill until well combined
  • Strain the cocktail into your prepared glass with the salt rim.
  • Optional: Garnish with a strawberry slice and grapefruit slice.
