Quick & Easy Spiked Lollipops Recipe

A little spiked lollipop never hurt anybody. A quicker and easier version of our homemade DIY Spiked Lollipop recipe.

Equipment

  • Saucepan
  • Silicone mat
  • Candy thermometer
  • Lollipop sticks

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup hard liquor We used clear rum for half and tequila for the other half.
  • 1 1/2 cup Jolly Ranchers unmelted

Instructions

  • Lay down silicone mats to use to pour the lollipops once they’re ready.
  • Unwrap the Jolly Ranchers and place them in a pan on low/medium heat. Boil until they've reach 290F.
  • Immediately remove from heat, add in the liquor, and let the mixture warm back to 290-300F.
  • Quickly pour onto the silicone mats and insert the lollipop sticks. Let them cool for 10-20 minutes, and then you’re all set!

Notes

  • Serving size depends on how big and small you want the lollipops to be. You can make anywhere between 10-25 lollipops.
