Whipped Coffee Recipe
A fluffy and frothy whipped coffee that can be served hot or cold and easily made at home in just 5 minutes.
Small mixing bowl
Electric mixer or whisk
- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- 2-3 tbsp white granulated sugar or any sugar of your choice
- 2 tbsp boiling water
- 8 oz milk of your choice
- 1 pinch cinnamon optional
In a small mixing bowl, combine 2 tbsp. each of instant coffee, sugar, and boiling water.
Beat them using an electric mixer, immersion blender, or whisking by hand. Taste the mix to see if you would like it sweeter and add the third tablespoon of sugar if you wish.
Continue whipping until the mixture becomes a pale, golden brown color and is light and fluffy like whipped cream.
If you’d like your coffee to be iced: Add a few cubes to the bottom of a large glass. Pour the milk over the ice, then scoop the whipped coffee on top.
Stir in the coffee topping with a spoon or straw. Or, drink from the side of your glass, being sure to get a bit of milk and whipped coffee in each sip.
