  • Cocktail shaker


To make the cocktail:

  • 1 oz gin
  • 3/4 oz St. Germain
  • 1/2 oz lemon syrup recipe below
  • 8 drop rose water
  • 5 oz club soda

To make the lemon syrup:

  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 1 cup sugar


To make the edible flower ice cubes:

  • Add edible flowers to an ice cube tray and filling with water and freezing.

To make the lemon syrup:

  • Zest lemon.
  • Juice lemons to make 1/2 cup juice.
  • Add to pot with water and sugar.
  • Bring to a boil and then turn off the heat.
  • Let syrup cool before using.

To make the cocktail:

  • Mix all ingredients except for club soda and flower ice cubes in shaker filled with ice.
  • Add flower ice cubes into glasses.
  • Pour cocktail over ice and top with club soda.
