  • Add the Rumchata and caramel vodka into a cocktail shaker filled 3/4 high with crushed ice.

In small bowl or plate with caramel syrup, dip the glass into the syrup until the brim is completely covered.
In a second small bowl or plate with cinnamon sugar, dip the glass into the sugar until the syrup border is completely covered.
  • Pour the chilled cocktail mix into the glass straining the ice.
  • Pour the chilled cocktail mix into the glass, straining the ice. Garnish with a paper umbrella and serve immediately.

  • We recommend chilling the martini glass in advance for at least 15 minutes.
  • You can serve the drink with the crushed ice used in the cocktail shaker. Or add more crushed ice, or even no ice at all.
  • If you prefer it frozen, make the Rumchata Martini in a blender with a lot of crushed ice to create a frothy iced texture.
