Hi Lisa! We have not tried that yet for the water in the milk mixture. The classic ratio is 1 part alcohol to 3 parts total liquid. So we wouldn’t recommend completely subbing out all the water for alcohol since the jello won’t set. We hope this helps! Let us know how it turns out!
