Hi Silvana! That&#039;s actually a great question. We&#039;ve seen many opinions on freezing royal icing. You can definitely freeze royal icing like traditional icing if it has not been used but we wouldn&#039;t recommend freezing macarons that have already been decorated with royal icing. We&#039;ve read online about some people doing so with a cake, but it still didn&#039;t freeze perfectly. Plus, macarons are very delicate so we recommend storing them in room temperature in an airtight container. Hope this helps!]]></description>
