Oh no! We are so sorry to hear. Was the confetti not popping out? We didn’t have issues with ours and haven’t heard of any other problems but hopefully, we can troubleshoot this for you! Did you try filling it up with more confetti. The balloon may also need to be tied tighter and really pulled back to sling out the confetti. Crossing our fingers that it does end up working!
