Hi Teresa! We used the Pillsbury ready bake squares for the sugar cookie. We would say they&#039;re a good in between of crunchy and soft. You could bake it longer if you want them crunchy. Since there are &quot;toppings&quot; we wouldn&#039;t recommend too soft of a sugar cookie. If you want to control the hardness, we would recommend making them from scratch. (Additional butter makes cookies softer.) Hope this answered your question!]]></description>
