- 13 oz bar of dark chocolate (at least 72%)
- 1 cup raw almonds or cashews, cut into large pieces
- large flake sea salt
Line a tray with parchment or waxed paper and set aside.
Chop the bar of chocolate into pieces and place in a heat proof bowl.
Put about an inch of water in the bottom of a small pot and bring
it to a simmer.
Place the chocolate bowl on top of the pot and melt, stirring occasionally.
Once it has melted completely, stir in the nuts.
Spoon the mixture out onto the tray in 12 rounds.
Sprinkle the tops with a pinch of sea salt flakes.
Allow the chocolate to harden completely.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place.
Tip: Avoid putting the chocolate in the freezer or fridge, as it can cause the chocolate to look white and powdery on the outside.
