Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chopped small
  • 1 medium banana
  • 4 tbsp lime juice
  • 3 kiwi sliced thinly

Instructions

  • In the jar of a blender, combine the coconut cream, pineapple juice, chopped pineapple, and banana.
  • Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Add in the lime juice to taste.
  • Peel and slice the kiwis, then line your molds with them. They should stick to the sides, so that they will show on the sides.
  • Spoon the coconut cream mixture into the molds.
  • Freeze until solid, at least 6 hours.
  • To remove the popsicles from the molds, run them under warm water for about 30 seconds, or until the slide out easily.
