Apple Yogurt Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 5 cup chopped apples
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese cubes
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, vanilla extract, orange juice and cinnamon.
  • Whisk until smooth to create the dressing.
  • In a larger bowl, toss the apples in the dressing.
  • Sprinkle the cheddar and almonds on top before serving.
  • Best if served immediately.
