Green Tea Shot Recipe

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey or any whiskey of your choice
  • 1 oz peach schnapps
  • 1 oz sweet and sour mix
  • Lemon-lime soda
  • Lime wheel optional for garnish
  • Ice

Instructions

To make the shot version:

  • Wet the shot glass and chill it in the fridge for 5-10 minutes beforehand.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker 3/4 full with ice cubes. Then, add the Jameson whiskey, peach schnapps, and the sweet and sour mix. Shake vigorously for about 1 minute.
  • Pour the mix in the chilled shot glass, leaving space for the lemon-lime soda top-up. 
  • Top with a splash of lemon-lime soda. Garnish with a wheel of lime.

To make the cocktail version:

  • Fill a cocktail shaker 3/4 full with ice cubes. Then, add the Jameson whiskey, peach schnapps, and the sweet and sour mix. Shake vigorously for about 1 minute.
  • Fill a tall glass 3/4 full with ice cubes. and pour the mixture in it, leaving some space to top up with the lemon-lime soda. 
  • Top up with the lemon-lime soda. Garnish with a wheel of lime.

Notes

  • Consume immediately.
  • To make in a large batch in advance, mix all the ingredients except the lemon-lime soda. Add the soda only right before serving.
