Equipment

  • Rolling pin
  • Knife
  • Eiffel tower template

Ingredients

  • 200 grams Gingerbread dough
  • 16 oz Icing
  • 5 tbsp Candy

Instructions

  • You need to make the gingerbread dough. You can find a recipe for this online or in a cookbook.
Once you have made the dough, roll it out on a flat surface with a rolling pin. Then, use a knife to cut out the Eiffel tower template.
  • Next, you need to bake the gingerbread Eiffel tower. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the gingerbread eiffel tower on the baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • Once the Eiffel tower is baked, let it cool before decorating.
  • To decorate, you will need icing and candy. I used royal icing and sprinkled the Eiffel Tower with Candy Melts. You can get creative with the decoration and use whatever you like!
