Tall glasses
- 4 strawberry roughly chopped for the puree
- 6 oz Baileys Strawberries & Cream Irish Cream Liqueur
- 3 oz vodka
- 3 oz heavy cream
- 1/2 oz strawberry syrup and more for garnish
- 2 strawberry sliced to fill inside the glasses
- Ice
Optional garnish:
- Whipped cream
- 2 strawberry whole with a single slit for garnish
Prep your glasses by filling them with ice and strawberry slices.
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the 4 chopped strawberries until you achieve a smooth paste. Alternatively, you can process them in a food processor.
Pour in ice, the Baileys Strawberries & Cream liqueur, vodka, heavy cream, and strawberry syrup into the cocktail shaker with the strawberry paste. Shake for 30 seconds or until chilled.
Strain and pour the mixture into each glass.
Top with whipped cream and drizzles of strawberry syrup. Sit a slit strawberry at the brim of each glass.
