Baileys Strawberries and Cream Pink Mudslide Recipe
Love Baileys? Love strawberries? Then, you’ll love our Baileys Strawberries and Cream Pink Mudslide recipe, perfect for Valentine’s Day.
This Pink Mudslide is the ultimate lush cocktail!
It is filled to the brim (literally, too!) with delicious strawberries and cream flavors and a nice boozy kick thanks to the Baileys and vodka. It is definitely the perfect cocktail for a Valentine’s Day party to pair with a strawberry galette.
What is a Pink Mudslide?
The Classic Mudslide is a classic coffee cocktail that is usually made with Baileys, Kahlua and vodka. Some Mudslides call for heavy cream, whipped cream or vanilla ice cream (and chocolate shavings and chocolate syrup).
The classic Mudslide Cocktail recipe is similar to a Brandy Alexander.
A Pink Mudslide is also a creamy cocktail with vodka and Baileys as the main liquors. But it does not contain any Kahlua. Instead, the Pink Mudslide incorporates a few other ingredients that make it pink and fruity. It’s also referred to as a Strawberry Mudslide.
What is Baileys Strawberries & Cream Liqueur?
This super fun pink bottle is a variation of the classic Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur. And it tastes just what you would think of — strawberries and cream.
Baileys Strawberries & Cream is so good and smooth that it can also be drunken on its own with ice as if it were a boozy strawberry milkshake. But of course, it is perfect for creating a dreamy cocktail like our Pink Mudslide.
Is it Possible to Substitute with Regular Baileys to Make the Pink Mudslide Cocktail ?
Do not worry if you cannot find a bottle of Baileys Strawberries & Cream Liqueur. You’ll still get some strawberry flavors with the fresh strawberry puree and strawberry syrup.
If you opt for regular Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur, you’ll just a mix of vanilla flavors. We always love experimenting with cocktail recipes. Though we highly recommend getting a bottle of Baileys Strawberries & Cream!

Recipe Notes and Tips
Can you use frozen strawberries?
For the garnishes, fresh fruit is best, especially if you want them to sit properly on your glass. Yes, you can use frozen strawberries for the puree. If you do so, make sure to thaw a bit beforehand, unless you want a slushy consistency to the Mudslide drink.
Can you omit the strawberry syrup?
Yes, you can if you want to lower the sweetness. However, if your strawberries are not super ripe, we recommend keeping in the strawberry syrup to make up for the less sweet strawberries.
