Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 4 oz tomato juice
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 dash tabasco sauce
  • 1/3 tsp celery salt
  • 1/3 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • Ice

Optional for the rim:

  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 lemon wedge

Optional for garnish:

  • 1 celery stalk
  • 2 pepper stuffed green olive
  • 1 cherry tomato

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, tabasco sauce, celery salt, and black pepper.
  • Shake well for 30 seconds or until chilled.
  • Optional to rim the glass: In a small plate, mix the celery salt and chili flakes together. Pass a lemon wedge over the rim of the glass. Dip the wet rim in the celery salt and chili flakes mixture.
  • Strain and serve the cocktail mix in the prepped glass.
  • Optional garnish: Garnish with a celery stick and a cocktail pick with a cherry tomato and olives.
