Cocktail pick optional
- 2 oz vodka
- 4 oz tomato juice
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- 2 dash tabasco sauce
- 1/3 tsp celery salt
- 1/3 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- Ice
Optional for the rim:
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 lemon wedge
Optional for garnish:
- 1 celery stalk
- 2 pepper stuffed green olive
- 1 cherry tomato
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, tabasco sauce, celery salt, and black pepper.
Shake well for 30 seconds or until chilled.
Optional to rim the glass: In a small plate, mix the celery salt and chili flakes together. Pass a lemon wedge over the rim of the glass. Dip the wet rim in the celery salt and chili flakes mixture.
Strain and serve the cocktail mix in the prepped glass.
Optional garnish: Garnish with a celery stick and a cocktail pick with a cherry tomato and olives.
