Pear slices
Coarse salt and ground pepper
Honey
Rosemary sprig
optional for garnish
Instructions
Cut the baguette at an angle into 1/2" thick slices. Toast the sliced baguettes long enough to get a golden brown on both sides.
Divide ricotta cheese among slices of toasted baguette.
Top each piece with several ripe pear slices.
Season with a pinch of salt and pepper and drizzle each with honey.
Optional: Add a tiny sprig of rosemary to the top to garnish.
Notes
Makes for 16 small crostini or 8 large crostini.
