Ingredients

For the salad:

  • 1 lb strawberries
  • 6 oz blueberries
  • 6 oz blackberries
  • 6 oz raspberries
  • 1 loaf challah or brioche bread broken into small pieces

For the dressing:

  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice approximately 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together all the dressing ingredients until smooth and well combined. Set aside.
  • In a large serving dish, layer the mixed berries and bread pieces.
