For the salad:
- 1 lb strawberries
- 6 oz blueberries
- 6 oz blackberries
- 6 oz raspberries
- 1 loaf challah or brioche bread broken into small pieces
For the dressing:
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp lemon juice approximately 1 lemon
- 1 tsp vanilla
