- 1 ¾ oz bourbon
- 1 ¼ oz heavy cream
- ⅛ vanilla bean split and scraped out
- 1 oz orgeat syrup
- 1 oz soda water
- 1 large egg white
- 1 lemon peel express and discarded
- Sprinkles for garnish
Add the bourbon, cream, orgeat syrup, egg white, and vanilla bean to a cocktail shaker without ice.
Dry shake (no ice) vigorously for 1-3 minutes to create a thick, meringue-like foam that rises above the rim of the glass.
After the dry shake, add ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled glass
Gently top with soda water to let the foam rise.
Sprinkle rainbow sprinkles over the foam.
