Easy Apple Yogurt Salad Recipe
Quick and easy to throw together, and healthy to boot.
- 5 cup chopped apples
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 0.25 tsp cinnamon
- 0.75 cup cheddar cheese cubes
- 0.5 cup chopped almonds
In a small mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, vanilla extract, orange juice and cinnamon.
Whisk until smooth to create the dressing.
In a larger bowl, toss the apples in the dressing.
Sprinkle the cheddar and almonds on top before serving.
Best if served immediately.
