Birthday Cake Cocktail Recipe
A boozy and light milkshake-like drink with some fizz.
- 0.125 vanilla bean split
- 1.75 oz bourbon
- 1.25 oz cream
- 1 oz orgeat syrup
- 1 large egg white
- 1 oz soda water
- 1 lemon peel express and discarded
- Sprinkles for garnish
Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
Shake this for 3 minutes to get a really thick foam that will create a foam that balances above the glass. If not, a 1 minute shake will be enough to make a delicious drink and foam that can still hold the sprinkles.
Garnish with sprinkles.
