Vanilla No-Churn Ice Cream Recipe
A no-churn ice cream recipe that's simple and no fuss and the perfect starting point for any toppings or flavor additions you want to add!

Large mixing bowl
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream cold
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz.
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
In a medium mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to beat the whipping cream to medium peaks. There should be a point that is straight, but still a bit soft when you pull the beaters out.
Use a rubber spatula to fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and not streaky.
Pour it into a freezer safe pan that’s at least 3 quarts, and freeze for at least 6 hours.
