- 6 oz pineapple juice
- 6 oz orange juice
- 2 oz gin
- 2 oz light rum
- 2 oz dark rum
- 1 oz grenadine
- Pineapple wedges option for garnish
- Orange wedges option for garnish
- Cocktail cherries option for garnish
For a large 5-serving 32-ounces batch:
In a large pitcher, add plenty of ice and some of the orange and pineapple slices, and cocktail cherries garnishes.
Pour in all your ingredients, one by one and mix well with a cocktail spoon.
Top up with more juice if needed.
Pour the grenadine so it creates the ombre effect.
Optional: Garnish with the remaining pineapple, oranges, and cherries.
For a single serving drink:
In a cocktail shaker filled, add 1 1/2 ounces of pineapple juice, 1 1/2 ounces of orange juice, 1/2 ounce of gin, 1/2 ounce of light rum and 1/2 ounce of dark rum. Shake well until chilled.
Serve in a Tiki glass prepped with plenty of ice and a few orange triangles. Pour in a dash of grenadine (about 1/2 teaspoon) to create the ombre effect.
Optional: Garnish with a pineapple triangle sitting on the brim of the glass, a cherry, and a cocktail umbrella.
