Kumquat Orange Margarita
This kumquat orange margarita is easy flavored margarita to whip up really quickly!
Servings: 1 cocktail
- 1.5 oz blanco tequila
- 0.5 oz orange liqueur, I used dry curaçao
- 1.5 oz fresh orange juice
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz amber agave syrup
- 4 kumquats, muddled
- 2 kumquats skewered and salt rim for garnishing
Pour kosher salt onto plate, and run a lime slice around the edge of a glass then invert and rim the glass with salt.
Juice all the fruits.
Add all the ingredients except for the garnish to a shaker with ice and shake for 15 seconds.
Double strain (to remove pulp) into the salted glass with ice, then garnish and enjoy!
