Ingredients

  • 4 oz gin
  • 1 1/2 oz lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1.5 oz grenadine syrup See recipe below or you can purchase it pre-made.
  • 2 egg whites
  • 4 dash Angostura bitters
  • Organic edible flowers and petals in varying colors for garnish

Instructions

  • Combine the gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice, grenadine syrup, egg whites and Angostura bitters in a cocktail shaker without ice.
  • Dry shake the mixture vigorously for about 20-30 seconds to emulsify the egg white and create a frothy texture.
  • Add ice to the shaker, filling it about halfway. Shake the mixture again vigorously for another 10-15 seconds to chill the ingredients and further froth up the egg white.
  • Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe.
  • Garnish with edible flowers.
