- 4 oz gin
- 1 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1.5 oz grenadine syrup See recipe below or you can purchase it pre-made.
- 2 egg whites
- 4 dash Angostura bitters
- Organic edible flowers and petals in varying colors for garnish
Combine the gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice, grenadine syrup, egg whites and Angostura bitters in a cocktail shaker without ice.
Dry shake the mixture vigorously for about 20-30 seconds to emulsify the egg white and create a frothy texture.
Add ice to the shaker, filling it about halfway. Shake the mixture again vigorously for another 10-15 seconds to chill the ingredients and further froth up the egg white.
Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe.
Garnish with edible flowers.
