4brioche toast slices
1tomatocored, seeded and diced
2tbspwhite truffle oilor extra virgin olive oil or balsamic vinegar
1avocadodiced
2tbspcrumbled or shredded cheeseof your choice

Instructions
Optional: In medium skillet with oil over medium heat, warm the diced tomatoes. This is optional but a quick step that will release the aromatic flavors of the tomatoes.
Drizzle a bit of white truffle oil on each slice.
Spoon tomatoes on top.
