Espresso Martini with Baileys Recipe

- 2 fl oz vodka
- 1 fl oz Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur
- 3 fl oz espresso coffee
- 1/2 fl oz coffee liqueur optional
Brew the espresso coffee.
While the coffee is brewing, chill the Martini glass in the freezer.
Add in the vodka, brewed coffee, coffee liqueur and Baileys into a cocktail shaker filled with big ice cubes. Shake for about 1 minute or until well chilled.
Take the Martini glass out of the freezer, and pour in the cocktail over a strainer.
Add 3 coffee beans for garnish on top of the froth.
- Make sure the glass is very chilled since the cocktail is not served with ice.
- If you cannot consume caffeine, you can use decaf coffee. Just always use freshly brewed coffee.
