Ingredients

  • 6 mini croissants
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1/2 container whipped cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp sugar or more if desired
  • 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp chocolate syrup or hot fudge
  • 1 tsp butter

Instructions

  • Toast your croissants.
  • While they’re toasting, melt the butter on the pan on medium heat.
  • Add in the strawberries, balsamic vinegar, and sugar. Swirl and heat for about 5 minutes, or until the strawberries become a deep rosy red. Then, remove from the heat and let cool.
  • Slice the croissant in half. Spread the cream cheese onto the bottom half of the croissant.
  • Add a layer sliced strawberries and the sauce mixture.
  • Add the top of the croissant.
  • Drizzle the top with hot chocolate.
