- 6 mini croissants
- 1 cup strawberries sliced
- 1/2 container whipped cream cheese
- 3 tbsp chocolate syrup or hot fudge
- 1 tbsp sugar or more if desired
- 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp butter
Toast the croissants until golden and crisp. Then, slice in half.
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat, then add strawberries, balsamic vinegar, and sugar. Cook for 5 minutes until soft and deep red. Let cool.
Spread cream cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.
Add the balsamic strawberries.
Top with the other croissant half and drizzle with chocolate syrup or hot fudge.
