All-Natural Unicorn Toast Recipe

- 4 slice bread
- 2 package The Laughing Cow® Creamy Swiss Cheese or 2 cup plain cream cheese
- All-natural food coloring or vegetable or fruit powders
Optional Toppings:
- Avocado slices
- Mango slices
- Assorted berries
- Fresh honey
- Coconut flakes
- Edible glitter
- salt and pepper
Divide the softened plain cheese into small bowls.
Stir 1/2 teaspoon (or more as needed) of your chosen natural food dyes into each bowl to create colored cheese. Mix until smooth and evenly tinted.
Toast bread slices until lightly golden. Allow to cool slightly.
Dollop small amounts of each colored cheese onto the toast. Use a butter knife to gently swirl the colors together. Do not overmix.
Add edible glitter, fruit, or savory toppings as desired. Serve immediately.
