Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cup white granulated sugar or Stevia for a low calorie version
  • 1 1/2 cup vodka
  • 1/2 cup Cointreau
  • 1 oz unflavored gelatin 4 packets total
  • 4 large lemon juiced
  • Edible flowers for garnish

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan, combine water, lemon juice, gelatin, and sugar. Heat over medium-low, stirring, until gelatin fully dissolves (about 5–10 minutes).
  • Remove from heat and stir in vodka and Cointreau.
  • Pour into shot glasses or small cups. Then, float edible flower petals on top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight until completely set. Serve cold and garnish further if desired.

Notes

To make a non-alcoholic version, skip the alcohol and replace with the equivalent amount of water.
