2 1/2cupwater
1 1/2cupwhite granulated sugaror Stevia for a low calorie version
1 1/2cupvodka
1/2cupCointreau
1ozunflavored gelatin4 packets total
4large lemonjuiced
Edible flowersfor garnish
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, combine water, lemon juice, gelatin, and sugar. Heat over medium-low, stirring, until gelatin fully dissolves (about 5–10 minutes).
Remove from heat and stir in vodka and Cointreau.
Pour into shot glasses or small cups. Then, float edible flower petals on top.
Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight until completely set. Serve cold and garnish further if desired.
Notes
To make a non-alcoholic version, skip the alcohol and replace with the equivalent amount of water.
