Equipment

  • Kitchen scissors

Ingredients

  • 12 donut holes
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles optional
  • 12 pipettes
  • Filling of your choice

Instructions

  • Cut down the tips of the pipettes.
  • Suction up your sauce with the mini clear pipettes. If your fillings are pourable (like jam or ganache that has cooled slightly), you can use the mini clear pipettes directly. Alternatively, if your fillings are a bit thicker, you can transfer them to a small container.
  • Gently insert the tip of the mini clear pipette) into the side of a cooled donut hole. For an interactive dessert, leave the squeezing of the filling for your guests.
  • Optional: Add sprinkles to the top of the donut holes where the sauce overflows.
