Equipment

  • Kitchen scissors

Ingredients

  • 12 donut holes
  • 12 pipettes
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles optional
  • Filling of your choice

Instructions

  • Trim the tips of the pipettes to your desired length.
  • Suction your sauce directly into the mini clear pipettes. If your fillings are pourable (like slightly cooled jam or ganache) they’ll draw up easily. For thicker fillings, transfer them to a small container first to make filling the pipettes easier.
  • Once the donut holes have cooled, gently insert the pipette into each donut. For an interactive experience, allow guests to inject the fillings themselves.
  • Optional: Add sprinkles to the top of the donut holes where the sauce overflows.
